April 2026 — 30-Day Action Plan

Owner: Mahdi Moradi Status: Draft Version: 2.0.0 Last Updated: 2026-04-20 Applies To: Bornara AI

Context

As of March 19, 2026, Q1 roadmap items are partially complete. This plan is a focused 30-day sprint (April 1–30) that catches up on critical Q1 gaps and executes the highest priority Q2 items. It is scoped for ~15–18 hrs/week (Mahdi) + ~5–10 hrs/week (Narjes), factoring in the kitchen job.

Guiding principle: Revenue-generating actions first. Everything else second.

Status update (April 20, 2026): This plan was largely not executed as written. Instead of the 4-stream catch-up sprint, April was spent on:

  1. Bornara Tools planning — Created 8 comprehensive project docs, locked tech stack, designed 6-phase build plan with 35 scored tools
  2. Cookie recipe testing — Narjes continued testing recipes and filming for Instagram
  3. Strategic pivot decision — Reduced from 4 streams to 2 (Tools + Cookies)

The original Week 1–4 plans below are archived for reference. The new plan going forward is in the Revised 12-Month Roadmap.
